1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777l ("777l", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 777l platform accessible at 777l.io, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, features, games, betting markets, promotional campaigns, and support services (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the 777l Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you complete the registration process or, where no registration is required to access a particular feature, from the moment you first access that feature. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using account credentials that do not belong to you, you additionally accept these Terms on behalf of that third party and represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, place a wager, participate in any promotion, or make a deposit or withdrawal on the 777l Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 777l reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under 21 years of age. All funds associated with an underage account will be returned to the payment source after any bonuses or winnings generated on that account are voided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 777l Platform is designed for and primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings. 2.4 Self-Excluded Players

Any individual who has previously activated self-exclusion on the 777l Platform, or who has requested permanent account closure, is not eligible to re-register. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts. 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 777l Platform features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777l Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 777l will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify [email protected] without delay.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777l operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and payment methods: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to your 777l wallet.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication

777l strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account. 2FA adds a critical additional layer of security to your 777l Login process. While 2FA is optional, accounts without it enabled are more vulnerable to unauthorised access. 777l cannot be held liable for losses incurred on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777l currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash (minimum deposit ৳200), Nagad (minimum deposit ৳200), Rocket (minimum deposit ৳300), Upay (minimum deposit ৳300), and bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank (minimum deposit ৳1,000). 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 777l wallet instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers are typically credited within 1–4 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Section 3.3). Once KYC is complete, withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes: bKash and Nagad — typically within 5–30 minutes; Rocket and Upay — typically within 15–60 minutes; bank transfers — within 1–4 hours during BST banking hours. 777l reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where fraud screening, bonus abuse investigation, or additional verification steps are required. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits may vary and are subject to change at 777l's discretion.

4.4 Currency & Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your 777l wallet must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You warrant that all funds deposited on the Platform are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 777l reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity or financial transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777l may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any such fee. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by completing the standard 777l Login process.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777l Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. 777l will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet on the grounds that it was placed in error, except where 777l determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error occurred on the part of the Platform (see Section 5.4). Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

5.2 Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Markets

Cricket betting at 777l covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, among other competitions. All cricket betting markets are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published within the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply. Generally, if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed in a limited-overs match, markets may be voided and stakes returned.

5.3 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the 777l Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), crash games (Aviator), and game shows — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. 5.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or incorrect event listings resulting from a technical fault — 777l reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. A manifest error is defined as one that would be immediately apparent to any reasonable person examining the relevant market. 777l will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected players and process refunds promptly when a manifest error is identified.

5.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 777l's discretion, particularly following significant events (wicket falls, goals scored, red cards, etc.) while odds are recalculated. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are valid. Bets placed after an event outcome is known — due to a delay in suspension — may be voided. Internet connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of bets placed during a connection disruption.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the 777l Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer. These specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet restriction during wagering, and expiry period — are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before opting in to any offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most 777l bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳30,000 in qualifying games before the bonus balance converts to real-money withdrawable funds). 6.4 Seasonal & Special Promotions

777l regularly publishes seasonal promotions tied to major events in the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL and IPL cricket seasons, the T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and the general provisions of this Section 6. 777l reserves the right to withdraw or modify any seasonal promotion at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777l Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity documents; impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Match fixing or insider trading: Placing bets using non-public information, or on events you have any ability to influence.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777l staff, support agents, or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777l Platform — including but not limited to the 777l brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and any other material published on the Platform — is the exclusive property of 777l or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any 777l trademark, logo, or brand asset for any purpose; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means; or develop any commercial product or service based on Platform content.

Game content displayed on the 777l Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios. 777l makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

777l is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777l's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777l shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events; or losses arising from the player's failure to safeguard their account credentials or comply with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777l makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits 777l's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 777l

777l reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where: fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; KYC verification is outstanding; a chargeback has been initiated by your payment provider; your account is under investigation for a potential breach of these Terms; or where required by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.2 Permanent Termination

777l may permanently close your account without prior notice where you have materially breached these Terms, including — but not limited to — the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7. Upon permanent termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account, including bonus funds and pending winnings derived from the breach, may be forfeited at 777l's discretion. Real-money deposits not associated with the breach will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending investigations.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable outstanding wagering requirements. Voluntary closure does not affect any winnings already settled to your account. 12. Governing Law

References to "safe and reliable" in these Terms and elsewhere on the Platform describe 777l's technical and operational approach — including SSL encryption, certified RNG games, and fair-play standards — and do not constitute any representation about the legal status of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777l will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform at login. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
